Includes a new guest room and bigger family room with outdoors space linking to a delux swim spa. Upstairs a new outdoor room provides views into the forested canyon below.

	stair and basement remodel with Vanillawood Design Build Contractors Portland, Oregon Completed Spring 2012 Residential remodel of an existing 800 sf basement to include waterproofing leaking walls, providing a new laundry, bathroom, and guest room. Replacing the existing stair at three levels with a stair that better meets modern code requirements.

	lafayette hotel San Diego, California Addition to an existing historic hotel to include 100 new units and 240,000 square feet of living space. Units surround a historic olympic sized swimming pool. Private parking on three levels, full kitchens in each unit, and private balconies. Work performed for Public Architects
	warehouse rehabilitation with Deform Design-Build Contractor Portland, Oregon completed 2015 Building plans and permits for the rehabilitation of a 1920's auto repairs shop and speak easy in the industrial district. Project included new doors, windows, and roll up doors and feasilbility studies for future tenant layouts.
